Pan American completed an expansion of the Dolores mine in 2017 that featured a pulp agglomeration plant to process high-grade ore.

The mine uses conventional cyanide heap leaching to produce gold and silver doré.

Mining and stacking activities are expected to be completed by Q3 2024, with residual leaching to follow for years thereafter.
